Trail markings and accommodation
« on: July 27, 2014, 04:52:26 PM »
Hi,
I am considering walking the Dingle Way towards the end of August and I have a couple of questions:
1. Is the trail well marked
2. Is there 'Albergue' type hostel accommodation available in Camp, Annascaul and Dingle and what is the typical price range?
3. Where in Tralee is a good and safe place to park a car and what is the best way to get back from Dingle to Tralee?
Regards

trail is well marked
easy enough to get B&b accommodation in Tralee, Annascaul and Dingle but I advise that you book ahead in camp as it is limited during the busy months it will also determine where you come off the trail.

we normally tell people to park in the brandon car park if doing the walk over the weekend as there are no parking fees on Sunday and brandon carpark is well lit and covered by Garda cameras.
